Description

The Geosense Wi-SOS 800 (Wireless Sensor Observation System) provides a system to remotely log and transmit signals from any sensor with a vibrating wire or 4-20mA output plus temperature.

It consists of a series of Wi-SOS 800 nodes (1-16 channels) which have an integrated wireless transmitter module which can transfer the data to a central location up to 8 km away.

Data from the nodes is collected via a fully configured Gateway where the data can be re-configured, accessed and manipulated by Wi-SOS NMS Software. Registering and configuring the nodes is done via two Memory Keys and can be easily done in the field.

Mounted in rugged enclosures with a heavy duty battery, the Wi-SOS 800 nodes are suitable for even the harshest environments. Powered by a heavy duty 12 volt battery with solar panel charging means that the Wi-SOS 800 is ideally suited to long term remote monitoring.
